Try these things if you think you are vulnerable.








Good evening,  everyone.





If you feel intense anxiety and get depressive so often,

or if you are grown up with toxic parents,

or do not have parents,

I want you to try some things.






What I want you to do is to tidy up your life.

Live thoughtfully and politely.






I want you to wake up in the morning,

sleep in the night,

clean up your room,

tidy up your desk,

wash dishes every time,

keep clean your bathroom,

clean with a vacuum cleaner,

open windows of your room every morning,

cook meals,

brush your teeth before going to bed,

and take a bath.





 

Please do these things,

not for your children

or your partner but you,

just for you.






Like a mother do them for her children,

do it for yourself,

even your mother did not do them for you.





 

You cannot feel safe

because you do not have a home;

you can feel relaxed from your heart.





 

That is why these things are the priority,

not your work nor success.

Building your home

where you can feel safe to yourself

is essential for you.





 

Give a home

which you only know by comic books

or your friend’s family for you.





 

People who cannot be an adult tend to suffer

from their lives.

They stack numbers of age,

but they cannot release themselves

from sufferings

because they are still like children.

So, please raise yourself an adult.





 

It is not as easy as it sounds,

but the only person who can let your ideal come true is you.





 

Now you are an adult,

and anyone can replace your mother. 

Someone might take a roll of some parts of it,

but no one can take a roll of your [mother].





 

Or more precisely,

because you seek the role in others

(or vice versa),

your human relations do not work well.





 

I want you to wake up in the morning,

Build your life.

Do basic routines of life

like raising your precious children

with your love.







You might worry for your children

if they are hungry, lonely,

scared of something,

have good friendships etc.

However,

if you are a parent,

you cannot interfere with those things

of your children.






 

So, you make home safe, secure,

and clean with hot meals so that

your children can feel safe and loved.

You protect them by doing these things.





 

If you are mentally vulnerable,

please choose to make your heart feel safe first,

not give your life freedom of choices. 






It does not have to be incredible,

gorgeous, or brilliant.

Give you a life comfort

like a bowl of rice and miso soup,

every day.  






Things you think do not go well will disappear

if you feel safe for your life and yourself.






If you feel safe and your life gets stable,

your world will change dramatically.





 

So, why not give these things to you?
